Key Responsibilities and Competences
Marketing Skills
  • Write briefs based on client’s requirements.
  • Understand data analytics to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Manage & communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure the strategy is aligned and up-to-date.
  • Provide accurate reports and analytics on a regular basis to key stakeholders to demonstrate effective ROI.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management through direct mail and emails.
  • Introduce new campaigns and benchmark existing ones.
  • Research new opportunities that could benefit the business.
  • Drive self-development through ongoing research and learning.
  • Idea generation.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Digital Skills
  • Understand the limitation of devices for web design and build (mobile, tablet and desktop).
  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across a range of platforms, including paid search, organic search, video and e-mail marketing, with the team.
  • Manage and track digital budget, ensuring invoices are raised and authorised accordingly.
  • Plan & manage of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create meaningful content for digital media platforms.
  • Web analytics & conversion optimization.
  • Analyse traffic for performance.
  • Evaluate and report on post-campaign success using digital tools.
Within a Team
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues, and meeting project teams to discuss requirements and plan of action
  • Collaborate actively and effectively with team members to accomplish project objectives.
  • Brainstorming, workshop and presentation to the team and client based on research and results.
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Capacity to prioritise work across multiple projects.

  • SEO and Google Certification will be considered a plus.

Qualifications / Experience
  • Required experience: 2-3 years.
  • Digital experience: Database / Search Engines / Social media platforms / Ad platforms / Analytics.
